It’s in our name, Tandemly. We truly work in tandem with you. In other words, we believe in partnership and getting our hands dirty. Unlike other consultants, we want to ensure that our time together translates into meaningful, long lasting benefits that shape the future of your business. We can work together in multiple ways.
We customize and implement medium-term projects that have long-lasting impact. These are often initially identified with an engagement survey or selected by you as you see the scaling needs. These projects are often “Light HR” - in other words, comp assessment and adjustments, leveling or putting a review process in place.
You know your business and short-term challenges that need immediate attention. Tandemly customizes workshops that can be as brief as 90-minutes or as long as a week-long offsite to focus on the areas that benefit from concentrated efforts.
We have a limited number of retainer slots available for companies that want to scale in a strategic, healthy, consistent way. These are 6-24 month engagements where we work closely with the Head of People and leadership team to create organizational strategy, coach, train and implement. We are available to the leadership team and all employees as a trusted resource. Tandemly can support a single person that often wears multiple hats while the company matures into one that needs a full-scale HR and development team. We help you avoid and minimize typical growing pains because we’ve seen it before.
